Bev Ball
Multi-award-winning private Physiotherapist

Bev has always loved learning about the human body and completed a 1st class honours Sport Science degree, giving her an in-depth knowledge of human biology, exercise physiology and biomechanics. Physiotherapy was a natural progression and she graduated with 1st class Honours and Academic Achievers Award from Cardiff University. Bev has had a variety of acute and outpatient experience, working in specialist centres in both the NHS and private sector. Bev comes from a neuro-specialist background and is Bobath trained, which gives her a unique perspective when treating the body as a whole in relation to someone's life and environment, to make lasting and meaningful changes. Ongoing continual professional development is key to her success and she attends a variety of course and conferences every year. Bev's specialist areas of interest are Parkinson's and integrated body scar work therapy. Bev is PD Warrior and LSVT Big trained, as well as working regularly with Parkinson’s UK. Bev has completed multiple scar therapy courses, including a number of specialist breast cancer, breast surgery, c-section, pelvis and abdominal courses. Bev is trained in both deep oscillation therapy and low-level laser therapy. Bev loves the human body and will never tire of learning about it. She chose Physiotherapy as a vocation because of its ability to empower people with the tools and knowledge to help themselves. It amazes her how the human body can recover and she feels privileged to have a job that can make a difference. Bev loves anything outdoors; sea swimming, lavender fields and walking in the woods. She is a big advocate for breathwork and pilates, which both help her with the stress and juggling of modern life!
Sarah Olivant-Allen
MSK Specialist Physiotherapist

Introducing the highly experienced and skilled Sarah Olivent-Allen. Sarah is an MSK specialist physiotherapist with over 15 years experience working both in the NHS and privately. She is passionate about her work, paying attention to the fine details, focussing on resolving your symptoms by identifying their source. Sarah will work to help you achieve your goals using a combination of manual therapy and exercises. As well as working with patients with back pain, arthritis, joint pains and muscle injuries, Sarah has experience of working with the Army Weightlifting Team, Crossfit athletes and horse riders as well as helping people with chronic conditions such as Fibromyalgia and Hypermobility. In her spare time Sarah likes to keep busy running with her dogs, doing Crossfit, horse riding and going on adventures with her family.
Sarah Guy
Specialist Neuro-Physiotherapist

Sarah has been qualified for over 30 years and worked for 28 of those with patients with neurological conditions. She has worked in the NHS, private sector and in research and completed her post registration Masters in Physiotherapy in 2007. During her NHS work, she worked in a number of large London teaching Hospitals including the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and advanced to Clinical Specialist level. She is a Bobath Tutor and teaches PTs, OTs, therapy assistants and nurses. Sarah has experience in treating a wide variety of conditions including head injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury and neurodegenerative conditions.
Viv Keohane
Scar work Therapist & Pelvic Health Specialist Oestiopath

Viv qualified as an Osteopath over 10 years ago and has worked in a variety of clinical settings. As a result, she can offer a varied and wide range of clinical expertise having undertaken further training in women’s health, osteopathy for children and scar therapy. She also worked as a clinic tutor at the University College of Osteopathy in London for many years. As an active person, she understands the frustration of “not feeling 100%” and is keen to support patients to return to their normal activities and reach their goals, whether it’s lifting their baby without pain or running a marathon. Outside of work Viv is kept busy with her young son. She enjoys cooking and staying active and loves running, cycling, hiking and open water swimming.
Tricia Monroe

Neuro & Older Persons Physiotherapist

Tricia has had over 23 years physiotherapy experience. Tricia has a huge breadth and and depth of experience with older adults in the community including falls prevention and chronic neurological conditions. Tricia was a key therapist conducting the multi-million pound PD safe research, which involved individually tailored, progressive home-based fall avoidance strategy and functional training programme with balance and strengthening exercises. Tricia has experience in taking a variety of classes. Tricia screens all class applicants prior to joining the Parkinson's class to assess their individual needs, appropriate class level and issue a bespoke exercise plan sailent to the individual. Tricia has a fun and vibrant approach as a class instructor and incorporates the latest evidence-based exercises into the class. In her spare time Tricia enjoys wild swimming, gardening and riding on the back of her partners triumph!
Imogen Scott Plummer
Specialist Neuro-Physiotherapist

Imogen is a specialist Neuro-Physiotherapist with over 27 years of experience working as a Clinical and Research Leader. Imogen gained a postgraduate MSc in Neurophysiotherapy from UCL, is Bobath trained, and has a unique combination of skills. Experience includes working in London teaching hospitals with people who have been newly diagnosed with neurological conditions, have had a stroke, and are undergoing specialist neurological rehabilitation. Having specialised in this area, Imogen went on to develop broader skills working as a Research Advisor at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, then as the Head of Care and Services Research at the MS Society, before working for the National Institute of Health Research as a Senior Programme Manager. Imogen has a particular interest in evidence-based practice, and over the last four years, Imogen has worked clinically in Community Hospitals with a particular interest in treating those with Parkinson's Disease, falls, and fractures. With her extensive neuro experience, Imogen analyses the root cause of the problem with a combination of movement analysis and hands-on assessment to enable her clients to reach their full potential. Imogen uses hands-on techniques, activation techniques, and strength and conditioning to promote physical fitness and longevity. Outside of work, Imogen loves to be outdoors and is a keen runner completing both Marathon and Ultra-Marathon distances.
Helen Pound
Specialist Neuro-Physiotherapist

Helen is a specialist Neuro-Physiotherapist with over 35 years working both in the NHS and private sector. Helen is accomplished at treating a variety of neurological conditions and has a particular interest in stroke and head injury. Helen is Bobath trained and has a holistic approach to assessment and treatment, considering the individual and their specific needs. Helen is also qualified in integrated Myofascial release, Yoga and breathwork and incorporates principles of these into her practice. Her extensive neuro experience and hands-on training are invaluable in providing high quality care and enabling clients to achieve their goals. When Helen is not working she enjoys keeping fit and active in the great outdoors whatever the weather!
